A big machine broke down in a big factory. The machine was ordered from abroad so the engineer to repair it also had to be called from abroad all the workers and engineers from abroad repaired the machine and failed to start it.

They had been working continuously for two days and got tired. They came out of the factory and were drinking tea from a teapot and while discussing how to start the machine, a person who had worked in the same factory for years also drank tea. They were listening to everything.

And while doing small and big repairs during his work time, he told the engineer from abroad that let’s show me the machine and also tell me what is the problem. .

But due to the insistence of that old craftsman, they all decided that even if he comes in and shows the machine, if he repairs it, he will be given money, otherwise nothing.

The foreign engineer comes inside with the old man and asks him to turn on the machine and remove the noise coming from inside the machine. given

All the people look at that senior worker and say that the noise coming from this machine is to be removed. Do you know anything about it? Then the senior worker said that I should stop the noise of the machine in a minute but repair mine. The charge will be one lakh rupees.

An engineer who came from abroad found one lakh rupees reasonable because his travel expenses and charges are lakhs of rupees. The engineer who came from abroad said yes, if the machine turns on and the sound stops, you will get your one lakh rupees.

Now you start repairing the machine, the old craftsman called a hammer and started the machine where the noise was coming. Looked there carefully and after a while struck a hammer and the noise from the machine stopped.

So everyone was surprised, but at the same time, that one lakh rupees is not enough to make one hammer blow? Then the elder craftsman said that I have worked with such a machine for years, even though I have made only one hammer blow.

I know more than your engineer about where to hit it, when to hit it and how much weight to give and hit it and it is only ninety nine present rupees and only one thousand for hammering, the owner of the factory was happy and gave one lakh rupees. Because the daily loss of three to four lakhs was going due to the shutdown of the machine.
